  • 1 lb. Cheddar or sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed coarsely

    In the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch glass casserole dish, pour thawed veggies.
