Ingredients

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, squeezed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix all above ingredients, except nuts.

    Chill until you can form into a ball.

    Roll in chopped nuts.

    Serve with crackers.
