- 1/4 c. spring onions (scallions)
- 1/4 c. chopped fine celery
- 1 c. toasted chopped nuts (use half in mixture)

1Mix cream cheese into other ingredients with fork.

2Shape into ball with rubber spatula and roll ball in other half of nuts. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
