  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. grated carrot
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 3 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Drain pineapple and blot with paper towel.

    Add cream cheese and mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well, then chill until you can shape into ball.

    Roll into ball; add pecans onto top.
