- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 pkg. light or nonfat cream cheese
- 1 pkg. light Hidden Valley Ranch mix
- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt or sour cream
- 4 to 6 strips crumbled turkey bacon
- 1/4 c. Parmesan (may use shredded Cheddar)
- 3/4 c. broccoli
- 3/4 c. cauliflower
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 1/2 c. tomato
- red onion rings (optional)
Directions

1Cover bottom of cookie sheet with rolls.

2Lay out flat and press down perforations.

3Bake at 350° for 7 minutes.

4Beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and dressing mix until smooth.

5Spread on cool crust.

6Chop vegetables very fine; toss with cheese and sprinkle over creamy layer.

7Sprinkle with bacon and place onion rings on top.

8Cut and serve.
