  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 pkg. light or nonfat cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. light Hidden Valley Ranch mix
  • 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt or sour cream
  • 4 to 6 strips crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan (may use shredded Cheddar)
  • 3/4 c. broccoli
  • 3/4 c. cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrot
  • 1/2 c. tomato
  • red onion rings (optional)

    Cover bottom of cookie sheet with rolls.

    Lay out flat and press down perforations.

    Bake at 350° for 7 minutes.

    Beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and dressing mix until smooth.

    Spread on cool crust.

    Chop vegetables very fine; toss with cheese and sprinkle over creamy layer.

    Sprinkle with bacon and place onion rings on top.

    Cut and serve.
