- 2 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 1 envelope dry salad dressing mix (Hidden Valley Ranch)
- 2/3 c. green pepper, chopped very fine or shredded
- 2/3 c. mushrooms, chopped very fine or shredded
- 2/3 c. cauliflower, chopped fine or shredded
- 2/3 c. tomatoes, chopped fine or shredded
- 2/3 c. broccoli, chopped fine or shredded
- 2/3 c. carrots, chopped fine or shredded
- 2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cover bottom of 11 x 17-inch pan with rolls.

2Bake in a 350° oven for 7 to 8 minutes; remove from oven and cool.

3Mix cream cheese and salad dressing for 1 minute.

4Spread over rolls. Sprinkle vegetables over cream cheese.

5Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over vegetables.

6Cover with plastic wrap and push vegetables down into cream cheese mixture.

7Chill 3 or 4 hours and cut into bars.
