  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch
  • 3/4 c. grated carrot
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
  • 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped
  • 3/4 c. chopped tomatoes, remove seeds and pulp

    Press crescent rolls to cover bottom of 15 x 11 x 1-inch pan. Bake in a 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Blend cream cheese, mayo and dressing mix until smooth.

    Spread on cooled crust.

    Sprinkle vegetables on filling.

    Press vegetables into filling slightly.

    Refrigerate and cut into bars.
