- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In 3-quart casserole dish, place butter, onions, green pepper and carrots.

2Cover with lid.

3Microwave on High 6 minutes or until vegetables and tender-crisp, stirring once during cooking.

4Stir in broth and water.

5Cover; microwave on High 6 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking.
