Vegetable Beef Egg Rolls

- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. pepper
- cooking oil (for frying)
Directions

1In skillet, cook beef, sesame oil, garlic and pepper until done; drain fat.

2On medium heat, add cabbage, oyster sauce and onion.

3Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is 3/4 cooked.

4Add carrots.

5Cook 2 minutes.

6Remove from heat; let cool.
