- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 6 potatoes, chopped and cooked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 3 (16 oz.) cans mixed corn, okra and tomatoes
- 1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground chuck with onion and green pepper in large saucepan, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Simmer for 2 hours or to desired consistency.

4Chill overnight and reheat to improve flavor.

5Serve with corn bread.
