- 2 cans condensed beef broth
- 1 soup can water
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can undrained cut up tomatoes
- 1 c. cubed cooked beef
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a 3-quart saucepan, combine broth, water and potatoes. Heat to boiling point.

2Reduce heat; cover and cook until potatoes are tender.

3Add other vegetables; cook until they are tender. Makes 7 cups.
