- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thaw and let rise until double in size
- 5 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 3/4 c. uncooked broccoli, cut in pieces
- 3/4 c. thinly sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 large fresh tomato, sliced thick
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Press dough on greased cookie sheet.

2Add remaining ingredients in layers.

3Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.

4Cut 1-inch wide strips along sides of dough. Close loaf by folding sides up alternating sides.

5Wash with beaten egg.

6Let rise 1/2 hour or until double in size or until you're ready to bake.

7Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
