Vegetable Bread Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 containers Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. powdered salad dressing mix (Uncle Dan's or Hidden Valley)
  • preferred choice chopped vegetables: cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, green onions, tomatoes, carrots and mushrooms

Directions

    Roll crescent rolls out flat onto cookie sheets.

    Bake to package directions (be sure not to overcook; lightly brown).

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and powdered dressing mix; spread over cooled rolls.

    Put on the vegetables of your choice; top with grated cheese.

    Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
