  • 2 medium size yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 large onion, cut into 4 slices

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

    Cut 4 (18 x 12-inch) pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray.
