Directions

1Cut 4 (18 x 12-inch) pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray.

2Place squash evenly in center of each; top with onion and tomato slices.

3Combine vinegar and next 3 ingredients; drizzle evenly over vegetable bundles.

4Sprinkle evenly with cheese and seal securely.

5Bake on a baking sheet at 400° for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
