- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. each: diced onion and green bell pepper
- 2/3 c. cottage cheese
- 6 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- dash of each: salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Mix with other ingredients; divide into 4 equal balls.

3Put on nonstick baking sheet; flatten.

4Bake until golden brown and puffy, about 15 minutes.

5Turn; bake 3 to 5 minutes.
