  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can sliced or baby carrots
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, diluted with milk
  • potatoes with skins or without, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste

    In large skillet, melt margarine.
