Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. broccoli, carrot or cauliflower (frozen)
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cylinder Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Steam vegetables until thawed.

    Add water chestnuts, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.

    Mix well.

    Pour in casserole dish.

    Mix crackers and margarine.

    Pour over top of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until top is brown.
