Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry/strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 qt. Cold Duck
  • 1 qt. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
  • 4 oz. ReaLemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Boil the Jell-O, water and sugar until dissolved. Add Cold Duck, pineapple juice, lemon juice and extract to this mixture. Mix all ingredients well.

    Freeze mixture for 24 hours.

    Remove from freezer the afternoon of your event.

    Serve mixture as it reaches the slush stage. Re-freeze what you do not drink.
