- 4 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
- 4 Tbsp. melted oleo
Directions

1Slice carrots, onion and zucchini.

2Steam vegetables for 5 minutes; set aside.

3Mix soup with sour cream.

4Mix this into vegetables and set aside.

5Mix stuffing mix with melted oleo.

6Pat 1/2 of this mixture into bottom of round or square pan or casserole dish.

7Fill casserole dish with vegetable mixture; top with rest of stuffing mixture.

8Sprinkle pepper over top.

9Bake at 350° for 35 minutes (or until nicely brown).

10Makes a nice side dish for holiday meals.
