  • 1 large bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (any variety or combination)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 3 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine vegetables, soup and cheese.

    Put in a shallow casserole or cake pan.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs over the casserole and then sprinkle the melted butter or margarine over the top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
