- 1 large bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (any variety or combination)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 3 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine vegetables, soup and cheese.

2Put in a shallow casserole or cake pan.

3Sprinkle bread crumbs over the casserole and then sprinkle the melted butter or margarine over the top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
