- 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Mix all ingredients together (save 1 cup cheese and 1 cup crackers for topping).

3Pour into a casserole dish; top with remaining cheese and crackers.

4Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
