- 2 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (20 oz.)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced or cubed
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook vegetables in microwave as directed on package.

2Melt margarine. Stir in crackers and put aside.

3Grease a 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Put in vegetables.

5Add cheese on top and sprinkle cracker mixture on top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.

7Serves 8 to 10.
