Vegetable Casserole

  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (your choice)
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Prepare vegetables as package directs, but only cook 4 minutes. Drain and put in a greased 2-quart baking dish.

    Sprinkle grated cheese over top.

    Mix soup and canned milk together and pour over top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Remove from oven; top with onion rings.

    Return to oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
