- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- pinch of salt
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 roll Ritz or Town House crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Mix beans and corn.

2Put in two-quart casserole dish.

3Mix soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and salt.

4Spread over corn and beans.

5Mix melted butter with crackers and almonds.

6Spread on top.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
