- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except crackers together and pour into baking dish.

2Sprinkle Ritz crackers (crushed) over top and then pour 1 stick melted margarine over the crackers.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
