  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. finely chopped onion
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese (part sharp, part medium, if desired)
  • 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients.

    Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (1/2 recipe makes an 8 x 8 dish).
