- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese (part sharp, part medium, if desired)
- 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with butter.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (1/2 recipe makes an 8 x 8 dish).
