  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
  • 1 can onion rings

Directions

    Cook vegetables until tender.

    Drain. Mix all other ingredients together, reserving some of the onion rings for top. Add vegetables.

    Top with onion rings.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
