- 1 c. carrots
- 2 c. sliced raw potatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. sliced green pepper
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Brown hamburger in butter.

2Put layer of meat in 2-quart casserole.

3Top with a layer of each vegetable and rice.

5Pour hot water over all ingredients.
