  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans Veg-All
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients and pour into a large casserole. Coat the crumbs with margarine and place on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
