  • 1 bag broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered.

    Mix 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese and the remaining 1/2 can onion rings.

    Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake 10 minutes more, covered.
