  • 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stem Hi Ho crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix Veg-All, soup, sour cream and cheese right in the dish.

    Mix melted margarine with crushed cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over all.

    May add more cheese on top if you like. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
