- 1 (16 oz.) bag California mix vegetables, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small sour cream
- 1/2 c. shredded onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Mix all together (save 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onions).

2Pour in casserole.

3Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Top with remaining cheese and onions.

5Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
