- 2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine into a casserole first six ingredients and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

2Stir together the Ritz crackers and margarine and place on top of casserole.

3Bake an additional 10 minutes.
