Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine into a casserole first six ingredients and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Stir together the Ritz crackers and margarine and place on top of casserole.

    Bake an additional 10 minutes.
