  • 2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tube saltine crackers

Directions

    Combine vegetables, mushroom soup, mayonnaise and onion.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish, top with crumbled crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 20 or 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and brown.
