  • 1 c. French-style frozen green beans
  • 1 c. frozen corn
  • 1 c. small frozen peas
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stack pack Ritz or Town House crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Layer vegetables (should be loose pack) still frozen in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add salt, chestnuts and onions.

    Mix soup with sour cream.

    Pour mixture over the vegetables and top with crackers which have been mixed with butter.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
