- 4 to 6 medium carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Longhorn)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil cauliflower and carrots for 5 to 7 minutes.

2Drain.

3Mix all ingredients well and put in casserole dish.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
