  • 2 (16 oz.) bags frozen vegetables
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. bread crumbs or crackers
  • 1/4 c. oleo

Directions

    Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and cheese in large bowl.

    Put in buttered 2-quart casserole.

    Add crumbs to melted oleo and sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
