  • 1 can English peas and carrots
  • 1 small can skimmed evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 6 boiled Irish potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. grated cheese

    Drain peas and carrots.

    Add milk and onion salt.

    Peel potatoes; cream well.

    Pour over peas.

    Dot with butter; sprinkle with pepper.

    Pour grated cheese over all.

    Cook in a 6 x 10-inch baking dish for 10 minutes in a 300° oven.
