- 1 can English peas and carrots
- 1 small can skimmed evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 6 boiled Irish potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Drain peas and carrots.

2Add milk and onion salt.

3Peel potatoes; cream well.

4Pour over peas.

5Dot with butter; sprinkle with pepper.

6Pour grated cheese over all.

7Cook in a 6 x 10-inch baking dish for 10 minutes in a 300° oven.
