- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. each of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
Directions

1Cook carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.

2Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cube 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese and mix with vegetables.

4Slice remaining cheese and place on top.

5Place Ritz crackers, rolled and crumbled on top.

6Melt oleo and drizzle over. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
