- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 small bunch celery
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Peel and cut carrots into bite size pieces.

2Cut celery into bite size pieces.

3Combine celery, carrots and onions and boil until tender.

4Drain.

5Pour into bowl and mix thoroughly with cream of mushroom soup.

6Turn into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with French fried onions.

7Bake for 1/2 hour at 300°.
