  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
  • 1 c. salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 pkg. crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter or oleo

Directions

    Cook vegetables until tender; drain liquid.

    Mix celery, salad dressing, onions and cheese.

    Spread over vegetables.

    Mix butter and crackers.

    Sprinkle on top of casserole.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in oven at 350°.
