Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. French-style green beans, drained

Directions

    Saute in margarine onion, celery and pepper.

    Mix together soup, sour cream, cheese, corn and beans.

    Add onion mixture to this and add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

    Put in 2-quart greased casserole dish.

    On top of mixture, add 1 row Ritz crackers, mashed and mixed with 1 stick melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
