- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. French-style green beans, drained
Directions

1Saute in margarine onion, celery and pepper.

2Mix together soup, sour cream, cheese, corn and beans.

3Add onion mixture to this and add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

4Put in 2-quart greased casserole dish.

5On top of mixture, add 1 row Ritz crackers, mashed and mixed with 1 stick melted margarine.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
