  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

    Mix soda in the water; set aside.

    Mix together thoroughly the flour, sugar and cocoa.

    To dry ingredients, add oil, vinegar and the soda-water mixture.

    Bake approximately 45 minutes in a 9 x 14-inch pan.
