  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can whole grain white or yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 36 crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Directions

    Mix beans and corn.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix soup, cheese, onion and sour cream.

    Pour over beans and corn. Mix melted margarine with crackers and almonds.

    Sprinkle crushed mixture over top.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until golden brown.
