- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 square baking chocolate, semisweet, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional

1beat eggs with rotary beater or fork

2blend in sugar using spoon

3stir in syrup, butter, and chocolate

5fill pie crust

6cover edge with foil all around

7bake at 350F for 25 minutes

8remove foil for additional 25 minutes

9pie is done when a knife, inserted into center of pie, comes out clean
