- 2 cans Veg-All
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/3 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can mushrooms, chopped
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise, soup, onions and cheese.

2Add vegetables, water chestnuts and mushrooms.

3(Sometimes I add or substitute broccoli and/or cauliflower or corn or English peas.

4I just use whatever I have.)

5Pour into casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs that have been mixed with melted margarine.

6Bake at 350° until slightly brown.
