- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- crumbled Ritz crackers and melted margarine (optional)
Directions

1Cook broccoli and cauliflower lightly.

2Layer in greased casserole.

3Sprinkle celery over top.

4Mix soup and cheese.

5Pour over top of vegetables.

6Bake at 350° until heated thoroughly. Can top with Ritz cracker crumbs and sprinkle with melted margarine over top.
