- 2 8-oz. cans Veg-All
- 2 8-oz. cans corn, drained
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip
- 1 c. grated cheddar
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 2-3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix together the Veg-All, corn, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and cheddar, and put in an oven-proof casserole dish.

2Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with the melted butter.

3Sprinkle/spread the cracker mixture over the vegetable mixture and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, or until cracker mixture is lightly browned.
