  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 can white Shoepeg corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • Ritz cracker crumbs
  • grated cheese to cover
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Drain vegetables.

    Add soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup grated cheese, celery and onion; mix.

    Sprinkle top with Ritz crackers and grated cheese.

    Pour one stick of melted margarine on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 minutes.
