- 1 can LeSueur peas
- 1 can white Shoepeg corn
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- grated cheese to cover
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Drain vegetables.

2Add soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup grated cheese, celery and onion; mix.

3Sprinkle top with Ritz crackers and grated cheese.

4Pour one stick of melted margarine on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 minutes.
