  • 1 large bunch broccoli or cauliflower (or you can use frozen)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook and drain broccoli or cauliflower.

    Place in baking dish. Pour remaining ingredients over vegetables.

    Top with crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
